Refund policy
At Purevanna, every product is crafted with care using thoughtfully selected, skin-loving ingredients. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the personal nature of skincare and body care products, we are only able to accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@purevanna.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Sample sizes
- Promotional or complimentary items
- Clearance or marked final-sale products
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item once your refund has been processed.
