Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Each product is freshly prepared and thoughtfully packaged to preserve integrity and quality.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping Rates
- Complimentary U.S. shipping on orders over $75
- Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout for orders under $75
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns
We want your Purevanna experience to feel confident and considered.
Eligibility
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Final sale or promotional items
Initiating a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@purevanna.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide next steps promptly.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Exchanges & Order Concerns
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue with care and urgency.
